Re: Worth a watch... Thanks for the plug. I watched a few of those videos. Funny stuff. "Fill the glass with ice" 3 ice cubes go in the glass and the final drink is served 3/4 full. Flair is just how I tend bar. I do not step back and put on a show but spinning a tin or a reverse pour makes customers notice me at the bar. Then when I do a trick with their change they always leave it. I know of very few bars outside of Vegas that are stacked with flair bartenders as part of the entertainment. I do know many bartenders that work it into what they do. Not as a show as much as a style.
